Foo Fighters announce Los Angeles benefit concert in honor of Dave Grohl's birthday

Dave Grohl is ringing in his 57th birthday by hosting a special Foo Fighters concert for charity. The band is set to perform at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on January 14, coinciding with Grohl's birthday.

The event will support Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Mission. Grohl shared his excitement, stating, "What better way to celebrate my 57th than by making a lot of noise with friends for a great cause. This is not just a huge rock show; it's a massive party with heart. Turn up the volume, turn up the hope, but most importantly TURN UP."

Tickets will be sold exclusively in person at the Kia Forum box office starting Sunday at noon PT, with line-ups beginning at 8 a.m. PT. Each attendee can purchase up to four tickets, all requiring a physical credit or debit card.

Those planning to line up are encouraged to bring donation items for Hope the Mission and Los Angeles Mission. Suggested contributions include socks, underwear, and packaged or boxed pasta. A complete list of needed items is available on FooFighters.com.

Looking ahead, Foo Fighters will embark on a full U.S. tour in 2026, starting in August.
