A new chapter in the ongoing custody situation between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appears to be unfolding. After recent comments about the rappers limited involvement in their childrens lives, the reality star is reportedly contemplating seeking full legal custody, according to an insider.

When Kardashian and West finalized their divorce in 2022, they agreed to share both physical and legal custody of their four children: North, 12; Saint, 10; Chicago, 7; and Psalm, 6. However, Kardashian, 45, stated during an October 15 appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast that she is effectively raising them alone. Its probably been a couple months since weve heard from him, she told host Alex Cooper.

Earlier this year, West, 48, expressed frustration on X (formerly Twitter) about his perceived restrictions in parenting, posting a message that has since been deleted. Kardashian responded indirectly during the Season 7 premiere of The Kardashians on October 23, emphasizing that the childrens whereabouts are known and accessible.

According to the source, tensions have not eased. Kims reached her limit, the insider revealed. Shes done being walked on by him, but more importantly, shes done letting him let their children down. While she has previously advocated for the kids to maintain a strong relationship with their father, Kardashian is now reportedly considering more significant measures, including the possibility of changing their last names to Kardashian.

This development highlights the ongoing challenges in the co-parenting arrangement between the former couple, as Kim navigates her next steps for the well-being of her family.
