Rapper slammed by LiAngelo Ball's former partner Rashida Nicole, as she welcomes baby girl during divorce

Rashida Nicole, the ex-wife of LiAngelo Ball, shared that she gave birth to their first child together on December 2. Alongside this joyful news, she openly expressed her frustration with the rapper, describing how she faced pregnancy challenges on her own.

The couple began dating earlier this year, shortly after Balls previous partner, Nikki Mudarris, confirmed their breakup. Nicole and Ball secretly married, but after learning they were expecting, they also announced their divorce.

When introducing their daughter, Lilo Legacy Ball, Nicole revealed that their separation had been ongoing for some time. She explained, That decision came after months of emotional pain, hurtful words, and complete absence during the most vulnerable season of my life. She added that Ball had been absent during the last five months of her pregnancy, leaving her to manage the experience alone. Moments that should have been shared were lost because he chose not to show up, she said.

Nicole also shared that the name she initially wanted for her daughter was changed because it was too similar to a woman Ball was allegedly involved with while they were together. The same woman I learned he had been lying about while still living together, she added.

The influencer noted that Ball missed Lilo Legacys birth because she did not want him to use the moment for social media. She stated, I wont protect someone who never protected me. Someone who disrespected me, lied on me, pushed a one-sided narrative to avoid accountability, continued to inflict pain, and build broken homes. I havent shared the worst of what I experienced out of respect for him as a father respect I never received in return.

Nicole emphasized that parenthood begins with pregnancy, and even minimal effort matters. So no, I wasnt going to allow a 5-minute delivery pop-up for the internet because parenthood starts at pregnancy, and even the smallest effort mattered. But it never came, she wrote.

Despite tensions with Ball, Nicole revealed that she has communicated with his ex, Nikki Mudarris, and that they are on good terms. Ive taken accountability privately and I want to publicly apologize to @missnikkibaby for the pain I caused, Nicole wrote. Im grateful that we were able to talk, get clarity, and create space for healing and a positive future for our kids. Thank you to her for supporting me through this pregnancy your grace means more than you know.

Mudarris, who has two children with Ball, responded to Nicoles message with forgiveness. Thank you for your apology, I really do appreciate it, praying for positivity & to move forward for our kids, she commented. Ball has not publicly reacted to the birth of his daughter or Nicoles statements.
