Rita Ora's Beautiful Soft-Serve Ice Cream Hairstyle

Updos come in countless forms, and sometimes its tricky to pinpoint whether a style is a French twist, a chignon, or something entirely new. At the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, Rita Ora debuted a look that might just inspire a fresh category in the world of hairstyles: the soft-serve ice cream updo.

On Thursday, December 5, Ora graced the event in an elegant black lace and satin gown designed by Tima Abid, with styling by Pippa Atkinson. Her makeup, crafted by Majha, leaned soft and radiant, featuring glossy nude-pink lips, a generous touch of pale pink blush, sparkling champagne eyeshadow, and long, tapering lashes.

Her hairstyle, however, was the true highlight. Styled by Kaleel Joy, Oras sandy blonde hair was artfully piled and twisted into an asymmetrical swirl reminiscent of soft-serve ice cream. Her bangs were swept dramatically to one side, while some hair strands cascaded in the opposite direction, adding playful movement.

Unlike typical updos that frame the face with tendrils, Oras look included a delicate curl at the back, enhancing the romantic and whimsical vibe of the hairstyle.

While this soft, sculpted updo captivated onlookers, later in the evening Ora was seen sporting a sleek, contrasting hairstyle, demonstrating her effortless ability to pull off vastly different looks.
