Simone Biles Reveals Before and After Photos of Her Breast Augmentation in Transformation Video

Simone Biles recently shared a TikTok video displaying the "before and after" of her breast augmentation. The 28-year-old Olympic gymnast openly discussed the procedure with PEOPLE last month, explaining her reasons for undergoing cosmetic surgery.

In the video, Biles appears in a low-cut blue halter top and jean shorts, starting with a "before" shot and then transitioning to an "after" clip wearing the same outfit. She included additional angles, including bikini shots, to highlight the changes and how her clothing fits differently post-surgery. The TikTok was captioned, "before & after the s."

Earlier in November, Biles spoke candidly about her decision to undergo cosmetic procedures, emphasizing the importance of being honest and relatable. She noted that she has had three plastic surgeries, two of which are subtle and not easily noticeable. While she hinted at her breast augmentation with a cherry emoji, she openly confirmed her lower blepharoplasty and earlobe surgery.

Biles stressed that her choice to get a breast augmentation was not due to dissatisfaction with her appearance. "It's about feeling good and loving yourself," she explained. She shared that, at 4'8" and 105 lbs with broad shoulders, she chose 310cc high-profile silicone implants placed under the muscle for a natural look. Initially, the size surprised her, and she even asked her doctor to adjust them, but she now feels they are perfect.

The gymnast also used the opportunity to convey a message about self-love to her followers: "As long as you love yourself, that's really all that matters."
