Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Allegedly Change to a Different Rhode Island Wedding Location Near Singer's $18 Million Vacation Home

Excitement around Taylor Swift and Travis Kelces wedding plans has intensified with reports suggesting the couple has chosen a new location for their nuptials, opting for a site closer to Swifts Rhode Island retreat.

Initially, rumors pointed to a historic Gilded Age mansion near Swift's $18 million Watch Hill vacation property as the wedding setting. Now, sources indicate that the couple has secured the Ocean House resort in Westerly, Rhode Island, for their ceremony on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Insiders told Page Six that Swift and Kelce reportedly offered a significant sum to another couple who had reserved the Ocean House for the same date to ensure they could have the venue for themselves. The couples decision to switch venues reportedly stemmed from the need for more space to accommodate an expanded guest list.

The Ocean House property, located just steps from Swifts Rhode Island home, boasts 49 guest rooms, 20 suites, private terraces, pools, hot tubs, and a white-sand beach with water sports options. The venue is expected to host a star-studded gathering, with attendees rumored to include Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Patrick Mahomes, and Cara Delevingne.

Previously, speculation circulated that Swift and Kelce had targeted The Breakers mansion in Newport, Rhode Island. However, representatives from the Preservation Society of Newport County have denied these claims, confirming that Swift will not wed at any of their properties.

June 13 is believed to hold personal significance for Swift, aligning with her own birthday on the 13th and her longtime attachment to Rhode Island as a private sanctuary from the public eye. The Ocean House provides a luxurious, spacious setting for the couple to celebrate with family, friends, and fellow celebrities.

Swift has a long history of hosting high-profile gatherings at her Watch Hill residence, affectionately known as "Holiday House," where she entertains friends annually during the Fourth of July. The estate spans 11,000 square feet and recently underwent renovations, adding an extra bedroom and enlarging a suite.

Reports suggest that the singer and Kelce are eager to marry and start a family, with Swift having referenced her hopes for children and her life with Kelce in recent songs. Their upcoming wedding at Ocean House is expected to reflect both her personal style and the couples growing life together.
