Scott, 47, known for his work on Property Brothers and as a licensed contractor, shared that they have many ideas for the wedding but have not finalized any details. Deschanel noted that her main attraction to the project was the rom-com story, not its Christmas theme. In the film, she stars alongside Charlie Cox as exes navigating shared custody of their dog.
