Tim Walz Urges Trump to Release Medical Tests as Signs of Health Decline emerge

Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota criticized President Donald Trump for what he described as erratic behavior following a Thanksgiving outburst in which Trump attacked him using offensive language. Speaking on NBC News Meet the Press on Sunday morning, Walz, who is running as a 2024 vice presidential candidate, suggested that the presidents physical condition appears to be declining and raised concerns about his mental faculties.

During a late Thursday night tirade, Trump called Walz seriously retarded while falsely claiming that the governor allowed a large influx of Somali refugees into Minnesota. In response, Walz demanded that Trump release the results of an October MRI and reiterated this demand during his interview with journalist Kristen Welker on Sunday.

While families were enjoying Thanksgiving, playing games and watching football, he was in a room ranting about everything else, Walz said. This behavior is unusual and concerning. Its not healthy. Highlighting Trumps long-standing refusal to disclose his tax returns and medical records, Walz questioned how the president could claim ignorance about his own medical tests.

Walz added, Its clear that the president is declining physically, noting that the presidents erratic late-night statements also suggest diminished mental capacity.

Calling the presidency the most powerful position in the world, Walz criticized Trump for using offensive slurs instead of focusing on public service. Hes not addressing the nations challenges, Walz said. I am seriously worried about his ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the office.
