"Teen Mom" Star Kayla Sessler Reveals Son Zain, Baby No. 4, Shortly After Hinting at His Birth

Kayla Sessler has embraced motherhood once again, announcing the birth of her fourth child and second with Ryan Leigh. The couple's baby boy, Zain Khailyn Leigh, was born on October 7 at 12:44 a.m., weighing 6 lbs., 11 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches, as revealed by Kayla in a Thanksgiving Instagram post.

The former Teen Mom star, 27, is also mother to her older children: Luke, 7, Ariah, 6, and Zyaire, 20 months. Zain was first seen in a Halloween photo alongside all four of Kaylas children.

Zain joins his older siblings, while Kayla shares him and Zyaire with her partner Ryan Leigh. Ryan is also father to Zander, 9, from a previous relationship. The arrival of Zain marks the completion of Kaylas family, a milestone she celebrated with maternity photos in October, captioning one image: "My last pregnancy - a rollercoaster of emotions ".

Kayla revealed her pregnancy in mid-September through an Instagram post. The video featured the blended family dressed in white, spending time near the water. The family eventually gathered on the sand, where Kayla sat holding her sonogram, surrounded by Ryan and the children. The clip ended with the entire family walking along the shore at sunset, with Kayla captioning: "Our final addition ".
