17-year-old motorcyclist killed in collision with lorry

A 17-year-old boy tragically lost his life after his motorcycle collided with a lorry in Poole. Dorset Police reported that the incident, involving the motorbike and a DAF truck, took place just before 17:00 GMT at the Safety Drive roundabout.

The young rider, who lived in north Dorset, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the lorry was unharmed.

Authorities closed the surrounding roads to carry out their investigation. Police are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage to get in touch.
