Kate Middleton’s Annual Christmas Concert Gets a Personalized Touch from Her 3 Children: Here's How

Kate Middletons three children added a special, personal element to the decorations at her yearly "Together at Christmas" carol service in London on December 5.

A Christmas tree outside Westminster Abbey was adorned with a long red paper chain featuring handwritten messages and names, including those of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Photographs captured George, 12, Charlotte, 10, and Louis, 7, writing their names on colorful parchment strips and attaching them to the chain while their parents, Kate and Prince William, looked on.

The fifth edition of the "Together at Christmas" event took place at Westminster Abbey, the same location where Kate and William were married in 2011. This year's theme celebrated "love in all its forms." The annual event was first launched in 2021 to honor individuals who made exceptional contributions to their communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Other members of the royal family were also present, including Zara and Mike Tindall, Lord Frederick Windsor with his wife Sophie Winkelman and their daughters Maud and Isabella, as well as Lady Sarah Chatto. Kates parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, along with her brother James and his wife Alize Thevenet, also attended.

Celebrity guests participated as well, with Eugene Levy, Dame Mary Berry, Kate Winslet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Dan Smith contributing to the program either as speakers or performers. Hannah Waddingham was present as a guest but did not perform due to a last-minute issue with her singing voice.

The royal family coordinated their outfits for the occasion. George and Louis wore navy blue suits with white shirts, echoing their fathers attire, while Charlotte wore a navy dress with a white collar. Georges tie was forest green, closely matching Kates coat dress, and Louis tie combined green and blue tones, completing the familys festive color palette.
