Robin discovered deceased in adhesive trap in Fort William

Authorities in Fort William are seeking the publics help following the death of a robin in an adhesive trap. The incident occurred on Henderson Row in the Plantation neighborhood on Saturday, November 22.

Police Scotland explained that glue traps, typically sticky boards, are intended for insect control. Using them to catch birds or other wildlife is illegal. The police have called on residents to dispose of such traps safely and responsibly and to explore other humane pest control solutions.
