"90 Day Fiancé": 1 Couple Uses Home Security Cameras for Dates Over the Past 7 Years in Exclusive Season Premiere Sneak Peek

Season 8 of 90 Day Fianc: Before the 90 Days highlights an extraordinary long-distance romance. An exclusive sneak peek shows Forrest, living in Oregon, and Sheena, based in the Philippines, managing their daily lives through a sophisticated smart home system.

The new season premieres on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 8 p.m. ET on TLC.

For seven years, Forrest, 32, and Sheena, 40, have maintained their relationship using home security cameras to stay connected across continents. The couple, both virgins, are finally meeting in person, though Forrests parents accompany him to investigate potential red flags concerning Sheenas family, making the reunion potentially tense.

The exclusive clip features Sheena monitoring Forrest from several cameras in his living room and kitchen while he prepares breakfast. Don't burn the eggs like last time, she reminds him. Don't worry, everything's going good, baby. I love you, he responds. After plating his eggs and pouring coffee, Forrest approaches a camera to show Sheena her favorite meal from 7,000 miles away.

Forrest describes his home as a smart home, equipped with lights, sensors, and security cameras that give Sheena near-constant access. He admits it may seem unusual, but having her virtually present offers him comfort and reassurance. Like, what if I fall over and nobody can see or I can't get to anybody? There she is, right there, making sure I'm safe 24/7, he jokes.

Before the 90 Days, part of the 90 Day universe, follows couples who take risks traveling internationally to meet their partners for the first time. Season 8 will track nine couples, including Forrest and Sheena, as they face the challenges of unconventional relationships.
