Amy Schumer Believes Her Marriage with Chris Fischer Is Beyond Repair Due to Ongoing Arguments

Comedian Amy Schumer, 44, may be confronting an irreparable situation in her marriage with chef and farmer Chris Fischer, 45. Sources reveal that their relationship has encountered significant difficulties, leaving Schumer concerned that the union might be beyond repair.

Amy has been putting effort into saving the marriage throughout this year, a source shared. Yet, she has reportedly confided to close friends that she doubts the relationship can be salvaged. Frequent arguments have intensified the tension, and Schumers fear of being single has reportedly started to outweigh her desire to maintain the marriage.

The couple also faces challenges in keeping the marriage intact for the sake of their 6-year-old son, Gene David, though attempts to do so appear to be falling short.

Earlier this week, Schumer addressed her relationship publicly on Instagram, emphasizing that any outcomes regarding her and Fischer are unrelated to weight loss or Fischers autism diagnosis. She expressed hope for the future, calling him the best.

Recently, Schumer has removed many images from her Instagram, including those featuring her husband, but stated that the changes were not connected to her recent weight loss. Additionally, she has been attempting to sell their Brooklyn home, previously listed at $14 million, with the price reduced by over $1 million.

Despite reports of marital strain, a source told People that the couple is privately addressing typical challenges encountered in long-term relationships and remains committed to their partnership.
