Gwyneth Paltrow Feels 'Alone' During the Holidays for a Hilarious Reason

Gwyneth Paltrow is expecting a quiet holiday season at home, describing it as alone in a recent discussion on her Goop podcast during an Ask Me Anything session released on Tuesday.

When asked if she had adopted any holiday traditions from her husband Brad Falchuk, the actress jokingly criticized him. Brad is the worst, Paltrow remarked. He dislikes Christmas music, decorations, and even the traditional roast turkey dinner.

Despite this, she finds herself enjoying the festive season. I feel a bit solitary in my enthusiasm for Christmas, though the kids love it too, so they are on my side, she said.

Falchuk, by contrast, takes a more indifferent approach. Hes a little bit of a Grinch and looks forward to it ending, Paltrow explained. Meanwhile, she delights in holiday decorations and playing Frank Sinatras Christmas album, fully embracing the seasonal spirit.

The couple, who both had previous marriages, tied the knot in 2018. They have openly discussed aspects of their marriage, including a choice that Paltrow now views with some regret. Falchuk shared that after their wedding, they postponed moving in together for a year. Would you do the same thing again? he was asked. I dont think so, he replied, noting that at the time it felt right.

Paltrow reflected that the slow approach may have unintentionally complicated their family dynamics. We were trying to land the plane gently and get everyone on board, but maybe it just extended the uncertainty of not knowing what we were doing, she said. Falchuk agreed, adding that it gave the children too much influence.
