Michael Buble Suggests Fans Listen to Christmas Music in June: 'Would Boost my Streaming Revenue'

Michael Bubl believes that holiday music doesnt have to be limited to December. On Thursday, December 4, the 50-year-old singer, often called the King of Christmas, joined Kylie Kelce on her Not Gonna Lie podcast and shared his unconventional idea.

Im Michael Bubl, and I have to say it: we should start enjoying Christmas music in June, the The Voice coach stated. After a brief pause, 33-year-old host Kylie Kelce responded, Wait we cant do that.

Bubl chuckled and replied, Why not? It would actually be fantastic for my streaming numbers. Lets make it happen!

Although Kylie admitted she doesnt play holiday tunes mid-year, she mentioned that her husband, retired NFL quarterback Jason Kelce, used to listen to Christmas music before games. I have no clue why, but someone asked him what he listens to before matches, and he said Christmas songs, she explained.

Bubl laughed, Thats incredible. Kylie added, So hes definitely doing his part.

In 2011, the five-time Grammy winner released his album Christmas, featuring renditions of seasonal favorites like A Holly Jolly Christmas and Santa Baby. As of now, the album holds the No. 1 spot on the Billboard holiday album charts.
