Chiefs TE Travis Kelce Responds to Pregnancy News

The Kansas City Chiefs faced another setback in the 2025 NFL season, dropping to a 6-6 record following a tight 31-28 defeat to Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. Looking ahead, Travis Kelce and the Chiefs will try to stay in the playoff picture in Week 14, returning home to meet the Houston Texans on "Sunday Night Football" on December 7.

At 36, Kelce continues to be Patrick Mahomes primary receiving option during his 13th NFL season. Through twelve games, the former Cincinnati Bearcats standout has amassed 59 receptions for 719 yards and five touchdowns, already surpassing his total TD count from 2024. Off the field, Kelce marked his first year as an engaged man after proposing to musician Taylor Swift during the offseason.

As Kelce prepares for his upcoming wedding, another football personality shared exciting personal news. Former Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee, now a host on ESPNs The Pat McAfee Show and College GameDay, announced over the weekend that his wife, Samantha, is expecting their second child, a baby boy due in summer 2026. McAfee shared on Instagram: The path that led us here was filled with needles, hormones, countless appointments, and more emotion than we ever knew two hearts could hold. IVF pushed my body to its limits and stretched our spirits in ways we never expected. It was hope and heartbreak, faith and fear all tangled together as we trusted science and prayed for another miracle. And now, with humbled hearts and overwhelming gratitude, we are overjoyed to share that we are expecting a baby boy, arriving June 2026.

Kelce quickly responded to McAfees announcement, commenting, Lets goooo!!! Congratulations!!!

The Chiefs will aim to return above .500 in Week 14 when they host the Texans on December 7 at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.
