The Wiggles Confirm They Do Not Endorse Ecstasy Following TikTok Incident

In an unexpected turn of events, The Wiggles have issued a clarification regarding a recent viral TikTok video. Contrary to what some viewers assumed, the beloved children's group does not endorse drug use.

The clip in question featured Blue Wiggle Anthony Field alongside his nephew Dominic, who portrays The Tree of Wisdom. The video gained widespread attention not for its playful antics, but because it was set to Keli Holidays song Ecstasy, which includes the lyrics: Hey girl, come on dance with me / You and your pocket full of ecstasy.

Understandably, parents expressed outrage, prompting The Wiggles public relations team to respond swiftly. The duo clarified that the TikTok footage had been filmed during the 2025 TikTok Awards, where Keli Holiday joined them onstage. The song, however, was added later, meaning Anthony and Dominic were unaware of the tracks controversial content.

The Wiggles released an official statement emphasizing their stance: The Wiggles do not support or condone the use of drugs in any form. The content being shared was not created or approved by us, and we have asked for it to be removed.

They also reassured families that their content remains child-friendly and educational: We deeply value the confidence families place in us, and we remain committed to creating safe, positive, and educational experiences for children and families.

The video has since been removed, restoring the groups wholesome image. Anthony Field can now continue performing, confident that The Tree of Wisdom is not promoting anything inappropriate.
