December 3 (Reuters) - On Wednesday, India's leading opposition party, the Congress, requested the upper chamber of parliament to allow a debate on concerns surrounding a controversial cybersecurity application. The party described the directive as "an explicit violation of the privacy of all smartphone and mobile phone users."
