Alec and Hilaria Baldwin List $21M Hamptons Home for Sale Again Despite Saying They 'Never Want to Leave'

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have once again placed their Hamptons residence on the market, this time with a $21 million price tag. Property records show that the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom modern farmhouse in Amagansett, New York, was re-listed on December 3, following its removal from the market in July 2024.

The home, which spans five acres and overlooks three acres of agricultural reserve, has been featured in the Baldwins TLC reality series, giving fans a glimpse into their family life with seven children.

Despite previously stating that they never want to leave, Alec, 67, acknowledged in an August interview that their children would be upset if the family moved. The kids love it here. When I ask them about selling, they go crazy, he said.

The property has experienced multiple listings since its initial appearance on the market in November 2022 at $29 million. After price reductions and a temporary withdrawal in September 2023, it was briefly relisted for $19 million in January 2024. Although the couple reportedly received an offer later that year, they chose to retain ownership.

Scott Bradley of Saunders & Associates is currently handling the listing. The estate offers potential buyers ample room for expansion, including the option to construct a guest house. Interior highlights include a library, movie theater, and wine-tasting room, while outdoor amenities feature a spa-style pool and a fenced vegetable garden.

Alec originally purchased the property in 1995 for $1.75 million, admitting that he was initially unsure about the location. Over the years, he has made numerous enhancements, including a backyard pool installed in 1996 and an additional 1,400 square feet of space added after he married Hilaria in 2012. The actor has expressed his appreciation for the privacy and seclusion the property offers, calling it a retreat he now loves.
