Chad Spodick, a real estate professional and participant on the LGBTQ+ reality series Finding Prince Charming, has died at the age of 42, according to a GoFundMe campaign organized by his friend Kate Webowski.
The fundraiser states, "We are heartbroken to announce the sudden loss of our beloved Chadan extraordinary son, brother, and friend. His absence leaves a void that is impossible to fill."
"Chad devoted himself selflessly to those around him. He uplifted friends, inspired personal growth, and encouraged everyone to recognize their own value," the statement continues. "He had a profound love for animals, cherishing his four dogs and his bird, Cosmo. The world was brighter with Chad in it, and anyone who knew him felt the warmth of his spirit every day."
The GoFundMe page, set up to cover funeral expenses, assist his mother, and provide care for his pets, has collected over $14,000 so far.
Spodick was one of thirteen men competing on Logo TV's 2016 dating series Finding Prince Charming. Hosted by *NSYNC's Lance Bass and styled after The Bachelor, the show featured model Robert Seplveda Jr. selecting suitors with black ties. Chad reached the final five contestants before voluntarily leaving the series during week six.
