Dave Rocco Appointed as Chief Creative Officer of Atlantic Music Group

Atlantic Music Group has elevated Dave Rocco to the newly-established position of Chief Creative Officer, the label confirmed Thursday. Rocco, who joined Atlantic a year ago as president of creative, will now oversee the companys global creative initiatives.

During his tenure, Rocco has collaborated closely with artists such as Cardi B, Bailey Zimmerman, and Ros. His leadership is credited with revitalizing Atlantics creative direction and strengthening artist relationships.

Over the past year, Dave has been instrumental in reshaping and energizing Atlantic Music Group, said Atlantic Music Group chairman and CEO Elliot Grainge. His contributions to both our artists and our organization have been invaluable. This promotion reflects the critical role he plays in our leadership team.

This appointment is part of a series of executive promotions since Grainge assumed leadership of Atlantic. Notably, Marsha St. Hubert became Co-President of 10K Projects and Executive Vice President at Atlantic Music Group last August, and Molly McLachlan was elevated to EVP.

Before joining Atlantic, Rocco served as executive vice president of creative at Universal Music Group and previously held the role of Global Head of Label & Artist Relations and Marketing at Spotify.
