In the latest round of agency movements, Dean Fluker has officially become part of WMEs talent division, bringing over a decade of experience from his tenure at UTA. Fluker will be based in the agencys Beverly Hills office.
Since joining UTA in 2014, Fluker represented a diverse roster of performers, including well-known figures like Cristin Milioti, Seann William Scott, Nick Kroll, and Max Greenfield, as well as emerging talent such as Daniel Ezra, Tom Rhys Harries, Nicholas Duvernay, and Ryan Destiny. He also held a leadership role as co-chair of UTA Unity, the agencys initiative focused on employee inclusion.
Before his time at UTA, Fluker gained experience as a trainee at ICM Partners and later as an agent at Jeff Bergs Resolution. He began his professional journey in politics, serving as a Field Organizer and Youth Vote Director on Barack Obamas 2008 presidential campaign, and subsequently spent three years in the Obama Administration as a political appointee starting in 2009.
Beyond his entertainment career, Fluker contributes to the community as a board member of Heart of Los Angeles, an organization dedicated to providing underserved youth, ages 6-24, with after-school programs in academics, arts, athletics, music, and wellness.
Flukers move to WME follows a string of recent high-profile hires, including Matt Martin, Trevor Astbury, and Adam Schweitzer from CAA, as well as Kristen Konvitz, who joined WME Independent in the film finance and packaging division.
