Feeling Good in the Country: Michael Bublé to Release 'a Love Letter to Country Music'

Michael Bubl, known for his collaborations with country icons such as Shania Twain, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, and Carly Pearce, is now fully embracing the country genre with a brand-new album.

During a recent appearance on the Not Gonna Lie podcast, hosted by Kylie Kelce, Bubl shared his excitement: "Country music has always been a passion of mine. I went to Nashville, worked with producer Dan Huff, and created what I would call a love letter to country music. It leans toward a classic style, not contemporarymy personal take on it."

He added, "Musically, this has been the most fulfilling experience of my career. Im thrilled to share this album. Whether ten people or ten thousand love it, it doesnt matter because I feel proud of creating something beautiful."

Reflecting on his ties to the genre, Bubl mentioned his duets with Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton, recordings of songs by Kris Kristofferson and Hank Williams, his friendship with Blake Sheltonwho achieved a major country hit with Bubls "Home"and the fact that his first-ever recording was a Patsy Cline song.

The albums release date remains undecided as it is still in production. Carly Pearce, who previously recorded a Christmas duet with Bubl, praised his dedication to country music, emphasizing that he genuinely understands the genre and the meaning behind its songs.
