Hugh Jackman Celebrates with Kate Hudson as His Girlfriend Joins the Festivities

Following the 2025 Gotham Awards, Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson continued the celebrations with an impromptu musical session at a cozy New York bar. The stars were honored with the first-ever Gotham Musical Tribute award for their performances in the film Song Sung Blue.

The evening took an unexpected turn when Jackman picked up the microphone and invited Hudson to join him on stage. "It's black tie, did you miss the memo? Were going to sing a few songs," he joked before introducing Hudson as his special guest.

The duo performed a lively selection of Neil Diamond hits, including Forever in Blue Jeans, Crunchy Granola Suite, and the ever-popular Sweet Caroline. Jackman even climbed onto the bar to energize the crowd and encouraged everyone to "raise the roof." The night ended with Jackman participating in the venues tradition of ringing a bell to honor VIP guests.

Jackmans girlfriend, Sutton Foster, joined the celebration, watching the performance and recording parts of the set. She had accompanied him to the awards earlier, where the pair were recognized for their musical contributions to Song Sung Blue, which brought Neil Diamond's music to life on the big screen.

Kate Hudson, who has received critical acclaim for her role in the film, is already generating early Oscar buzz. Despite the attention, she remains focused on enjoying the experience, commenting, "You never know with these things. Ive been around long enough to just appreciate that people are really enjoying the movie."
