Jelly Roll's daughter surprises him with a prom experience he never had

On Thursday, Jelly Roll celebrated his birthday in a way he never expected. His daughter, Bailee DeFord, organized a heartfelt surprise for him and his wife, Bunnie Xo, creating a memory that will last a lifetime. Bunnie captured the moment in an Instagram video, sharing the emotional event with her followers.

She explained, "I learned a profound lesson as a parent this week. Bailee has always avoided school dances, but because J and I never experienced ours, we encouraged her: 'Go make memories. Experience what we missed.'" She added, "This year has been overwhelming with busy schedules, mental strain, and burnout. Weve kept to ourselves and typically dislike surprises. So when Bailee mentioned she had something planned for us, I panicked. But we attended anyway, even feeling exhausted."

The video reveals that Bailee transformed a space into a charming mock prom. Jelly Roll and Bunnie arrived in formal attire to find friends, family, decorations, and music awaiting them. "What we saw left us speechless ... a night she called 'Under the Stars,'" Bunnie wrote. "It was a prom and birthday celebration she designed just for us. She crowned us King and Queen, and we danced and sang like teenagers finally living a dream."

In the footage, the couple is shown slow-dancing to "Uneven Trade" by Sunday Best. "All because our daughter wanted us to smile," Bunnie added. "She planned everything herself and paid attention to every detail."
