Jen Affleck Happy that Stassi Schroeder is the New Host of SLOMW Reunion Instead of Nick Viall

The reunion for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 2 was led by former Bachelor star Nick Viall, but his hosting style didnt resonate with everyone. Whitney Leavitt, one of the Mormon wives, found the questioning intense and uncomfortable.

For Season 3, Jen Affleck was thrilled that Stassi Schroeder stepped in as host. Stassi, known for her appearances on Lisa Vanderpumps Hulu series Vanderpump Villa and for hosting the Season 2 Villa reunion, brought a fresh and relatable approach.

According to Jen, Stassi is totally unbiased, which made the cast feel more at ease. Nicks previous approach focused heavily on answering fan questions, sometimes creating tense moments, as Whitney had pointed out, feeling repeatedly challenged.

Stassis energy and empathy changed the atmosphere. Before the reunion began, she greeted the Mormon Wives backstage, and Jen expressed her relief: I am so glad it is you because I know you are totally unbiased. Stassi replied, Thank you! Well, I have been in your shoes!
