Kate Middleton's Casual Conversation with Eugene Levy Captured on Film Following His Popular Prince William Encounter

Princess Kate and Eugene Levy shared a warm and engaging conversation during her annual Christmas carol service, "Together at Christmas," held at Westminster Abbey in London on December 5, 2025. Levy, known for his work on Schitts Creek, was a surprise guest at the event.

Levy recently hosted Prince William on his Apple TV+ series, The Reluctant Traveler, where the prince gave him a personal tour of Windsor Castle and spoke openly about the challenges of 2024, including personal family struggles. Their shared experience gave the two plenty to discuss when they met in person.

As captured in videos shared on social media, Kate and Levy greeted each other warmly. "Very nice to see you," Kate said while shaking his hand. Levy responded politely, using her full name, "Lovely to meet you, Catherine." Their conversation quickly turned friendly, with Kate joking about Levy knowing her husband well and Levy recalling his enjoyable day with Prince William.

Kate also asked Levy if he had met the family dog, Orla, who accompanied Prince William during his visit. Levy mentioned his fondness for dogs and confirmed the day had been memorable, adding a lighthearted comment about dog treats helping him bond with Orla.

The Princess of Wales thanked Levy for attending and inquired about his first visit to Westminster Abbey. Levy mentioned it was his first active day exploring the abbey, highlighting the special nature of the location, which also hosted Kates 2011 wedding.

During his episode with Prince William, Levy learned more about the prince's personal life and the pressures of royal duties. William noted that family matters, rather than official responsibilities, often bring him the most stress, making the episode particularly revealing about his private challenges.

Princess Kate and Prince William attended the carol service with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. This fifth annual edition of "Together at Christmas" celebrated the theme of "love in all its forms," offering an evening of music, community, and festive cheer.
