Katy Perry Makes Instagram Debut with Justin Trudeau and Shares Photos from Japan Trip

Katy Perry has made her connection with Justin Trudeau public on Instagram. On December 6, the 41-year-old singer uploaded several photos and clips from her trip to Japan, featuring multiple appearances by the former Canadian prime minister, 53.

Captioning her post, Perry wrote, "tokyo times on tour and more." One photo shows Perry and Trudeau smiling closely together outdoors, another black-and-white clip captures them enjoying sushi, and a third image depicts them admiring a sparkling art installation.

The Instagram updates coincide with Perry's ongoing Lifetimes Tour in Japan. During her visit, she joined Trudeau at a meeting with former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife, Yuko, following a formal lunch engagement.

Earlier in the week, Kishida shared a photo of the two couples in front of a festive Christmas tree, commenting on their continued friendship. Trudeau responded in the posts comments, expressing gratitude for the meeting and praising Kishidas dedication to international cooperation and a better future.

Speculation about Perry and Trudeaus relationship first surfaced earlier this year. Their appearance together in Paris in late October marked one of their first widely noticed public outings as a couple. The Instagram post in Japan now officially confirms their companionship to Perrys followers.
