Kylie Kelce shares which Taylor Swift song zookeepers play to set the mood for tigers

Kylie Kelce opened up on her Not Gonna Lie podcast about her recent visit to the Philadelphia Zoo. During the visit, she learned from the senior director of animal care, Maggie Morse, that the zoo plays Taylor Swifts song Wood to help the tigers get into a romantic mood.

While at the tiger enclosure, Kelce was told that a male tiger named Wiz had a potential love interest, Rory. However, Rory showed more interest in Dimitri, Wizs brother. Kylie humorously encouraged Wiz, saying, Hey, Whiz, if its not you, fine. But Im going to need you to talk up Dimitri to really lay it down because a baby tiger would be highlighting that a cub would be a wonderful addition to the zoo.

Morse added that the zookeepers have been playing Taylor Swifts Wood behind the scenes to encourage the tigers interactions.

About Taylor Swifts Song Wood

Wood comes from Swifts latest studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, released in October. During interviews promoting the album, Swift mentioned that the track was inspired by her fianc, Travis Kelce. She explained on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon that the song began as a playful, nostalgic idea revolving around the phrase knock on wood, incorporating various superstitions before evolving into its final form.

The lyrics reference Travis Kelces manhood and playful interactions, with lines including:

Forgive me, it sounds cocky / He ah-matized me and opened my eyes / Redwood tree, it aint hard to see / His love was the key that opened my thighs. New Heights of manhood / I aint gotta knock on wood.

Travis Kelce has kept his reaction lighthearted and PG, expressing affection for Swift while acknowledging the songs personal references.

The couple, after two years of dating, became engaged in August. They shared their garden proposal on Instagram, captioning the moment, Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.
