'Love is Blind' stars Alexa and Brennon Lemieux announce their divorce

Fans of the Netflix reality series "Love is Blind" are facing the end of a notable success story. Alexa Lemieux shared on Instagram on Wednesday that she and fellow cast member Brennon Lemieux are ending their marriage. The couple first got engaged and later married during Season 3 of the show.

"After a lot of reflection and sincere conversations, we have reached the difficult decision to part ways," wrote Alexa, 31, alongside a photo of the two together. "This decision was made thoughtfully and with immense respect and gratitude for the time we spent as a couple."

The former couple has a 1-year-old daughter named Vienna. Alexa added, "We began our relationship with love and hope, and we conclude it with appreciation for the experiences that shaped us and the personal growth we each achieved. Although our marriage is ending, we will continue to support one another and remain devoted to our daughter while navigating this change with care."

She concluded her message with a request for privacy: "We ask for understanding as we focus on our individual journeys while prioritizing our beloved daughter."

With Alexa and Brennons split, Season 3 of "Love is Blind," filmed in Dallas, no longer has any couples from the season still together. They were one of only two pairs to get engaged and marry on the show, the other being Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton, who announced their separation earlier this year. The latest season, filmed in Denver, was the first in the series where no participants married by the finale.
