High-profile events play a crucial role in connecting brands with audiences. Gatherings of this scale generate buzz for new releases, spark conversations around creative projects, and dominate social media feeds. Miami Art Week, in particular, has taken over everyones online attention.
As someone deeply involved in music marketing and cultural trends, I value the chance to engage directly with leading creators, curators, and collectors. The week features an overwhelming array of live performances, yacht excursions, dinners, panels, immersive experiences, charity events, art pairings, digital exhibitions, brand activations, wellness summits, athlete gatherings, family office mixers, art fairs, and media showcases.
Personally, I will be moderating two prominent discussions:
The Intersection of Contemporary Art and Music
This session brings together rap icon FERG and rising fine artist Jahlil Nzinga. Increasingly, musicians are venturing into visual art while fine artists explore music. Jahlil has successfully transitioned, attracting collectors and interest from major institutions like the Prez Art Museum. FERG is also exploring his fine art practice, which now influences his music, including the cover of his new album. Original prints will be available at the SCOPE Art Show.
The discussion will highlight each artists creative process, sources of inspiration, and vision, while illustrating ways for brands and audiences to engage. It takes place on Wednesday, December 3, at 6:00 p.m. ET.
The Art of Sound: Music Meets Visual Art
Hosted with Kickstarter, this conversation explores the synergy between music and visual art, focusing on how sound, color, and storytelling intersect. The panel features creators who blur the lines between disciplines to generate cultural impact. Kickstarter supports cross-industry collaborations, helping artists expand their reach. This session will be held Thursday, December 4, at 4:15 p.m. ET, at the SCOPE Art Show in Miami Beach.
