Grace Van Patten and Karlie Kloss Explore the Wild Side with Cartier at Art Basel Miami Beach

While the artwork at Art Basel Miami Beach is still being arranged, the social scene has already ignited. The festivities began Monday evening with a private dinner hosted by Cartier at the Miami location of chef Kwame Onwuachis restaurant, Las Lap, marking the brands exhibit, Cartier: Panthre Into the Wild.

The event drew a chic crowd, including Grace Van Patten, Karlie Kloss, and a mix of influencers and local personalities. Kloss, who now splits her time between Miami and New York, was in town for the weeks major events before returning to New York for the Chanel show.

I just had a baby, so its wonderful to be back and see friends, Kloss said during the cocktail hour. She shared a tip for navigating the busy week: I ride my bike everywhere. When you see me biking, thats the insider trick.

Before her return to New York, Kloss planned to visit the Cartier exhibit after dropping her children off at school. Known for wearing Cartier on high-profile occasions from the Met Gala to the PAC Icons Awards, she has also curated her own vintage jewelry collection.

Jewelry is deeply personal and carries memories, sometimes for generations, Kloss explained. I bought myself pieces when I signed big modeling contracts. One favorite is a vintage Cartier Panthre from the 70s with emerald eyes. Its divine. She also treasures a piece from her husband given at their wedding and recently acquired a pinky ring to commemorate her daughters birth.

Grace Van Patten dazzled in a Panthre choker and matching bracelets, paired with a black velvet strapless cocktail dress. We chose black to let the jewelry shine, she said. The Hulu star had recently worn Cartier at the Academy Gala and described the experience: It makes me feel like a princessinstant luxury, confidence, and protection.

Van Patten planned some downtime at home before preparing for the third season of Tell Me Lies in January. She teased that the new season will offer fresh developments and shared her excitement about growing alongside the show and her co-stars.

The dinner, dubbed Into the Wild, set a glamorous tone for Art Basel Miami Beach, bringing together celebrities, influencers, and art enthusiasts for an evening of elegance and celebration.
