The forthcoming Peaky Blinders feature film has been officially named Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, and its premiere dates are now confirmed. The movie will debut in select theaters on March 6, 2026, followed by its global streaming release on Netflix on March 20.

Cillian Murphy returns as Tommy Shelby, joined by Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Sophie Rundle, Barry Keoghan, Stephen Graham and Jay Lycurgo. Additional cast members from the original series, including Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee and Ian Peck, also rejoin the story.

Speaking with Netflixs Tudum, Murphy noted that he felt drawn back to the role of Tommy Shelby and expressed appreciation for working again with Steven Knight and Tom Harper on the film adaptation, emphasizing that the project is crafted for longtime followers of the series.

The narrative is set in Birmingham in 1940. According to the official description, as World War II intensifies, Tommy Shelby is forced to abandon his self imposed isolation and confront the most challenging reckoning of his life. With the fate of both his family and the nation hanging in the balance, he must decide whether to confront the legacy he has built or allow it to be reduced to ashes.

The film is directed by Tom Harper from a screenplay written by Steven Knight, the creator and writer of the original television series.
