The event, held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City, also recognized Kate Hudson, Jackmans co-star in Song Sung Blue, with both actors among the evenings honorees.

In the upcoming biopic directed by Craig Brewer, set to release on December 25, Jackman stars as Mike Sardina, nicknamed Lightning, while Hudson portrays Claire Sardina, known as Thunder. The film follows the story of real-life musicians who formed a Neil Diamond tribute band.
