Julia Haart, Star of 'My Unorthodox Life', Lists Tribeca Penthouse for $65 Million After Divorce Win

Julia Haart, known from Netflixs My Unorthodox Life, is selling her New York City penthouse following her divorce. The luxurious duplex, located in Tribecathe citys second priciest neighborhood according to PropertySharkis now on the market for $65 million.
Haart previously shared the penthouse with her former husband, Silvio Scaglia. She filed for divorce in February 2022, leading to a prolonged legal dispute. Earlier this year, she was awarded the Tribeca residence, nearly $10 million in cash, and control over her business, according to Page Six.
Scaglia originally purchased the property through an LLC for $56 million in 2018. After it was officially granted to Haart, she listed it for rent at $125,000 per month, but she has now opted to sell.
The building, 70 Vestry, was developed by Related Companies and designed by renowned architect Robert A. M. Stern. The 14-story property includes 46 spacious residences and features a gated porte-cochre, a private courtyard, and a double-height lobby with custom furniture and commissioned artwork, according to the Modlin Group listing by Adam D. Modlin.
Haarts penthouse occupies the top floor on the southwest corner, offering floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. It contains six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms.
Accessed via a private elevator, the lower level features a grand living room, a chefs kitchen with Miele appliances, a study, an office, and two half bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a spacious dressing room, a large bathroom with soaking tub, dual vanity, and separate water closet, along with three additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The upper level is designed for entertaining, including a second chefs kitchen, living room, dining room, library, solarium, study, and another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In total, the interior space spans 7,808 square feet.
Outdoor areas add an extra 3,687 square feet, including a 20-foot by 11.6-foot terrace off the kitchen on the lower level, a large terrace connected to the library, solarium, and study upstairs, and a private rooftop terrace.
The building offers extensive amenities, such as an 82-foot swimming pool, childrens pool, hot and cold plunge pools, steam room, sauna, fitness center, and a regulation squash court. Residents also have access to a caf, billiards room, lounge, and dining suite for hosting events.
Julia Haarts next move remains unknown, but her Tribeca penthouse represents one of the citys most impressive offerings.
