Bradley, identified by Hegseth as responsible for the operation, informed lawmakers that the mens boat was completely destroyed, leaving them unable to access any radio. In fact, defense officials observed the men struggling for nearly an hour to flip over the remnants of their vessel before it was targeted in a second strike.
