View the vibrant images of SpaceX's early morning rocket launch on Monday

In the early hours of Monday, December 1, SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket at 2:44 a.m., marking the 102nd orbital launch from Florida's Space Coast this year. The mission, known as Starlink 6-86, followed a southeasterly path after lifting off from Launch Pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

Once in low-Earth orbit, the rocket deployed 29 Starlink internet satellites, expanding SpaceX's global broadband network. The launch created a vivid contrail visible across the darkened Florida coastline.
