Alec and Hilaria Baldwin Put Hamptons Home on the Market Amid Divorce Speculations

Facing speculation about a potential separation, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have listed their expansive Hamptons residence for sale on December 3 with a price tag of $21 million. The couple had previously removed the modern farmhouse from the market in July 2024, but it has now returned for sale.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property was prominently featured on their TLC reality series, The Baldwins, which lasted a single season and received largely negative reviews from critics and viewers. Despite Alec once suggesting that their seven children would be upset if the home were ever sold, he is now moving forward with the listing.

Earlier, the Baldwins had expressed their attachment to the home. We keep coming back here because the kids are very happy. They love it here, Alec told the New York Times in August. When I [ask the kids], Want to sell the house?, they go crazy. Its a kids home that I never want to leave.

The estates history is notable: Alec first acquired the property in 1995 for $1.75 million, when the area was considered less desirable. He expanded it in 1996, adding a 20-by-50-foot swimming pool, and after marrying Hilaria in 2012, the couple added an additional 1,400 square feet of living space.

The sprawling five-acre estate overlooks three acres of agricultural reserve and offers ample room for future expansion, including a potential guest house. Features of the home include a library, a movie theater, and a wine-tasting room. The backyard boasts the pool, a fenced vegetable garden, and a whimsical childrens playhouse.

The decision to list the property coincides with rumors surrounding the couples relationship, fueled in part by Hilarias increasing independence following her appearance on Dancing with the Stars.
