Several other films also secured multiple nominations: Marty Supreme received eight, while F1, Sentimental Value, and Wicked: For Good each got seven. Train Dreams was recognized with five nominations, and both Jay Kelly and Weapons earned four. The movie Bugonia collected three nominations.

This year, the Critics Choice Association introduced four new categories: best variety series, stunt design, casting/ensemble, and sound. According to Critics Choice Awards CEO Joey Berlin, We are thrilled to kick off the awards season by bringing together hundreds of TV, film, and streaming stars in one glamorous setting for the first major awards show of 2026. Our critics and entertainment reporters provide the most informed opinions, guiding audiences to the very best each year.

The ceremony will be hosted by Chelsea Handler and will be broadcast live on Jan. 4 on E! and USA networks.
