Legendary actor Michael Caine, whose career has spanned eight decades, attended the fifth edition of Saudi Arabias Red Sea Film Festival, where he was presented with a prestigious honorary award. Vin Diesel assisted the 92-year-old star into the venue and delivered a heartfelt tribute highlighting Caines enduring legacy.

Caine responded with a touching speech of his own. Thank you for the warm welcome. My name is Michael Caine, he said to enthusiastic applause. Its not my birth name, but its the one that brought me success. I was born a Cockney in London, and Ive worked hard to become what I am today. I may not be extravagantly wealthy, but I have enough to enjoy life.

He continued, Im here to accept this award, which is a pleasant acknowledgment following two Oscar wins. Im blessed with a wonderful family and a remarkable film family, despite some disappointments along the way. I continued working until I turned 90, and Ive had all the luck I could wish for. Tonight is one of the happiest moments of my life.

The festivals red carpet featured numerous stars, including Riz Ahmed, Naomie Harris, Dakota Johnson, Uma Thurman, Ana de Armas, Kirsten Dunst, Jessica Alba, Queen Latifah, and Nina Dobrev. Caine, a two-time Academy Award winner, shared a moment with Diesel, with whom he collaborated on the 2015 film The Last Witch Hunter. Diesel introduced Caine and praised his remarkable career, describing him as one of the finest actors of all time.
