RHOBH's Sutton Stracke Fires Assistant Avi Gabay

The 15th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills started with Sutton Stracke facing a major shift in her personal circle. With Garcelle Beauvais having left the show after walking off the previous season's reunion, Sutton also parted ways with her long-time assistant and friend, Avi Gabay.

When co-stars Erika Jayne and Kyle Richards asked Sutton about Avis departure, she remained non-specific. Sutton explained that their professional relationship had ended amicably, but acknowledged that things get complicated. Entering the season without these two close connections, Sutton is now navigating her relationships with the rest of the cast.

Avi Gabay had been a familiar face on RHOBH over the years. During The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Sutton opened up about the reasons behind their split. Avi and I had a great run, but it reached its natural conclusion. It was purely a business choice, she said.

She elaborated, At this stage in my life, I didnt have children at home, and there was no storefront requiring attention. It felt like the right moment to make a change. We had simply run our course. Sutton added that she no longer needed constant support at her home.

Despite this, Suttons colleagues hinted there might be additional factors. When her boutique displayed a for lease sign, Sutton pointed to Avi, claiming he had forgotten to pay the rent. Bozoma Saint John, a fellow cast member, expressed surprise, suggesting something more significant could have occurred behind the scenes.

Regarding her friendship with Avi, Sutton revealed it had suffered from the professional split. I dont talk to Avi anymore. I was surprised that letting him go would also end our friendship, she admitted.
