Authorities successfully rescued an Israeli man who wandered into Kalkilya, a city in the West Bank under Palestinian Authority administration, on Wednesday night. The man reportedly entered the area on foot while trying to recover his vehicle, which he said had been stolen earlier that day.

Upon receiving a report of the man's presence in the city, which is classified as Area A and considered hazardous for Israelis, officers from the Coordination and Liaison Directorate acted promptly. They ensured his safety and handed him over to IDF personnel.

Following his rescue, the man was transferred to Civil Administration officials and later to the Israel Police for further questioning.

This event comes a few months after a similar rescue, in which Civil Administration teams helped an Israeli citizen with a physical disability who had been left stranded during an altercation in the Dheisheh refugee camp near Gush Etzion.
