Kate Middleton Revives Queen Victoria's Tiara Adorned with 2,600 Diamonds

The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has once again captured attention with her extraordinary style, this time wearing the historic Oriental Circlet tiara originally crafted for Queen Victoria. Combining elegance with a bold statement, Middleton showcased her signature royal sophistication and charm at a high-profile event.

Last night, she dazzled attendees at a state banquet at Windsor Castle, hosted by the British Royal Family to honor German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife, Elke Bdenbender.

Queen Victorias Oriental Circlet Tiara Shines Again

For the occasion, Middleton adorned herself with the Oriental Circlet tiara, an intricate masterpiece featuring 2,600 diamonds. Designed in 1853 by King Albert for Queen Victoria, the tiara boasts a unique Indian lotus-inspired motif crafted by Mughal artisans. Originally set with opals and diamonds, the opals were later replaced with Burmese rubies when Queen Alexandra inherited the piece. This marked the first time in roughly twenty years that the tiara appeared in public.

An Enchanting Ensemble

Complementing the tiara, Middleton wore a floor-length icy blue gown by Jenny Packham, detailed with shimmering sequins. The fitted bodice and pleated skirt highlighted her graceful silhouette, while a sheer cape draped over her shoulders added a regal, almost fairytale-like touch. Her soft waves and natural makeup, featuring lightly blushed cheeks and nude lipstick, completed the ethereal look, enhancing the overall sophistication of her appearance.

From the dazzling tiara to the elegant gown and refined styling, Kate Middletons outfit was a flawless display of royal glamour and timeless fashion.
