Kandi Burruss, star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, confirmed her separation from husband Todd Tucker on November 21. Sources tell that Burruss discovered Tucker had been speaking with other women behind her back, a revelation that came as a complete shock to her.

An insider explained, "Kandi was completely unaware and deeply hurt when she learned about Todd's actions. She was not happy." This news sheds light on the reasons behind the couple's sudden split.

Following the announcement, Burruss spoke openly on an Amazon Live session about the challenging period she is experiencing. "Its been a really intense time," she admitted. Addressing fans who asked how she was coping, she shared, Im having my ups and downs. Divorce is never easy. Some days are fine, others bring sadness.

She added, I find myself tempted to respond to online comments, but Im trying to stay grounded. Sometimes things just dont work out, and you have to accept it. Despite the breakup, she emphasized her joy in celebrating their children, son Ace, 9, and daughter Blaze, 6, noting, I have no regrets.

The family spent Thanksgiving together and recently celebrated Blazes sixth birthday as a family unit. Burruss previously reflected on challenges in their marriage, noting during a couples therapy session that work schedules and busy lives had created distance between them. Tucker remarked, We love each other, but lately we havent had much time for happiness. Burruss added, Many issues stemmed from work pressures.

They also discussed a decline in intimacy, with Burruss admitting, Its not as frequent as it used to be, though its still good. Their intertwined personal and professional lives contributed to growing emotional separation.

Burruss and Tucker met while filming the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2011, got engaged in January 2013, and married in April 2014. Their wedding celebrated the theme of the classic comedy Coming to America.
