Kim Zolciak Responds to Accusations of Violating Kroy Biermann Divorce Court Order

The divorce saga of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann has resurfaced after a period of quiet. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Dont Be Tardy alum has formally denied claims that she disobeyed a court order by discussing her divorce and new relationship on television.

According to US Weekly, Kim submitted legal documents refuting Kroy's accusations. She stated that no court order prohibited her from speaking about the divorce or required her to provide financial documents.

Kroys legal filing alleged that Kim breached the court order by appearing on Kristin Cavallaris podcast and Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to discuss personal matters. Kim responded that the court-appointed professional who interacts with their children has not supported Kroys contempt claims.

As a result, Kim is requesting the court to have Kroy pay her legal fees so she can defend herself against his complaint.

Kroy maintains that Kim violated their temporary parenting agreement by publicly discussing their divorce. His filing stated, The court was very clear in its order. Notwithstanding, Kim appeared on two television programs to talk about the divorce.

The former NFL player claims that Kim accused him of failing to contribute financially and of taking her belongings, while also discussing her new boyfriend.

Meanwhile, Kim faces additional legal challenges. She has become involved in the divorce of her current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, whose estranged wife, Jillian Green, has requested that Kim provide a deposition about her relationship with him and disclose any financial support received.

Kim Zolciak now finds herself navigating legal disputes related to both her own divorce and her boyfriends proceedings.
