Southern Charm Star Salley Carson Responds to Allegations of Doctor Affair Made by Taylor Ann Green

Season 11 of Southern Charm is already stirring up drama. Salley Carson, newly single, is setting her sights on two fellow cast members, which has caused tension among the group. Former cast member Taylor Ann Green has also weighed in, criticizing Salley for her actions.

Salley has denied Taylor Ann Greens claim that she had an affair with a doctor. She also revealed that she considered pursuing Austen Kroll right after he split from his girlfriend, Audrey Pratt. The feud between Salley and Taylor reignited, stemming from past drama involving ex-boyfriends and dating each others former partners.

On TikTok, fans labeled Salley a pick me girl, with one commenting that she reminded them of Taylor. Taylor responded sharply, accusing Salley of manipulating a doctor into cheating and dating someone throughout filming while also trying to pursue Craig and Austen.

Salley fired back on her Instagram Story, stating, Its wild how strangers can confidently state facts about situations theyve never been in and people they dont actually know. The rumors circulating online about my personal life are completely false. She clarified, The only doctor Ive ever been involved with was my ex-fianc, and he was long out of his marriage when we met. I did not have a boyfriend during filming this season. The person making these accusations should remain silent before I speak.
