Sunny Hostin from The View criticizes Olivia Nuzzi's 'self-serving' memoir, says 'She disgraced herself'

Sunny Hostin, co-host of The View, strongly criticized the debut memoir of Vanity Fair editor Olivia Nuzzi, which claims to recount a digital romance with U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Released on Tuesday, American Canto allegedly reveals details of the 32-year-old journalists sexting exchanges with RFK Jr. during his 2024 presidential campaign.

Ive only read portions of her book, and I found it poorly written, Hostin, 57, stated on Fridays broadcast of The View. I consider journalists to serve the public, and I dont think she fulfills that role.

She continued, It seems she wrote this memoir for personal gain, omitting crucial information. The book comes across as very self-serving. When it concerns someone like RFK Jr., who is undergoing confirmation for Health Secretary, failing to disclose key details in writing or to the committee is disgraceful.
