Taylor Swift has made a triumphant return to the top of Australias music scene. Her latest release, The Life Of A Showgirl (via Universal), has climbed back to No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart after a brief two-week hiatus from the summit.

The album now celebrates its seventh non-consecutive week at the pinnacle of the charts, making it Swifts fourth longest-running chart-topper following Midnights (16 weeks at No. 1), 1989 (Taylors Version) (14 weeks), and The Tortured Poets Department (eight weeks), which itself rose from 21 to 16 in the current rankings.

Earlier this week, Spotify confirmed Swift as the most-streamed artist among its Australian listeners, reinforcing her dominance in the local music market.

Among new entries, the ARIA Charts top Australian release belongs to blues and roots duo Pierce Brothers. Their album Moonrise debuts at No. 14, marking the brothers seventh top-50 placement and the highest-ranking Australian record this week. Melbourne artist Jemma Siles also enters the top 20 with her debut EP Scripts Of Fate at No. 18.

Pop icon Madonna secures another top-20 appearance with Bedtime Stories The Untold Chapter, celebrating 30 years since her R&B-influenced sixth album with demos, alternate versions, and rare tracks. The collection debuts at No. 20. Australian punk act Godspeed joins the chart with These New South Whales debuting at No. 23.

On the ARIA Singles Chart, Olivia Dean remains at No. 1 for the third consecutive week with Man I Need. The English singer recently performed the track at the 2025 ARIA Awards and in an outdoor show at Fleet Steps, ahead of her full tour next year.

In international releases, British producer Harrison Walker, also known as HVN, lands at No. 9 with the single I Run. This new version features vocals by Kaitlin Aragon, resolving previous controversies over AI-generated vocals. It is the only fresh entry in the top 50 this week.
