Vanity Fair has officially announced that it will not be renewing Olivia Nuzzis contract following renewed attention on her reported connection with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. In a statement released on Friday, the magazine confirmed that the decision was made in mutual agreement to serve the best interests of the publication.
Nuzzi, a prominent political journalist who previously worked at New York magazine, initially came under scrutiny for the alleged relationship in 2024. She had joined Vanity Fair as the West Coast editor in September.
The departure was first reported by The Wall Street Journal, marking the end of Nuzzis tenure at the magazine. Further details are expected to emerge.
